Founder of The Mystical Connection

Jen Rubinetti is the founder of The Mystical Connection and a guide in nervous system regulation, sound meditation, and transformational wellness experiences.

After decades working in the fast-paced fashion industry, Jen experienced firsthand how constant pressure and overstimulation can leave even the most capable people feeling overwhelmed and disconnected.

Her journey into somatic practices, mindfulness, and energy work transformed the way she lived—and inspired her to help others reconnect with themselves as well.

Today, Jen brings these powerful tools to individuals, teams, and private groups through immersive workshops, sound meditation experiences, and retreats around the world.

Her work blends modern neuroscience with ancient healing practices to help high-functioning, overwhelmed people slow down, reconnect to themselves, and experience a deeper sense of clarity, calm, and purpose.
