• Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the calming frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The vibrations will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, encouraging emotional release and mental clarity.
• Experience introspection, divine guidance, a sense of peace and an overall state of well-being through this practice.
