• Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the calming frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The vibrations will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, encouraging emotional release and mental clarity.
• Evening Tea: Conclude the evening with a calming herbal tea session, offering a chance to reflect, share, and connect with others in the group.
