Join us for a deeply soothing experience designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release tension, and connect with your higher self. We’ll begin with light somatic movement & breathwork followed by guided meditation to bring you out of the mind and into the body, creating safety and calm from within. From there, surrender into a transformative sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies that help quiet thoughts, relax the body, and support emotional balance.
