WHAT TO EXPECT
• Reiki Circle: This is a group Reiki healing session where participants will both give and receive energy in a supportive and loving environment. This ancient practice helps to align your energy, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
• Guided Meditation & Breathwork: Experience a powerful guided meditation combined with mindful breathwork to center your mind, ground your energy, and connect with your inner self.
• Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the calming frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The vibrations will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, encouraging emotional release and mental clarity.
• Evening Tea: We'll conclude the evening with a calming herbal tea session, offering a chance to reflect, share, and connect with others in the group.
